With Football season here, surely you've noticed that several NFL teams have updated their football helmets, and added some alternates.

Some changes are subtle - like the Cleveland Browns changing their facemask from Grey to White, and the Detroit Lions changing the color of their face-masks to their famous Honolulu Blue. Some are unexpected like the Green Bay Packers making changes to their classic yellow helmet and adding a WHITE shell, and some changes are huge, like the Baltimore Ravens new helmets, and the New York Giants adding a "Winged Alternate" going back to a design worn in the 1930's.

The New York Jets added a few different styles with classic looks from the 60's and the 80's. The Jacksonville Jaguars added a WHITE helmet, so did the Minnesota Vikings. The Denver Broncos made a slight change to the shell color of their helmet, as did the Houston Texans - however, the Texans added not 1 - but 2 Alternate helmets!
